WHO CAN JOIN THE WALKING IN AUTHORITY TEEN COUNCIL?
Youth at the ages of 13-19 can join the WALKING IN AUTHORITY Teen Council, a youth volunteer organization, and make a difference in the community.
WHAT DO THE MEMBERS GAIN UPON JOINING THE WALKING IN AUTHORITY TEEN COUNCIL?
Development of leadership qualities as the council initiates, organizes, supervises and conducts programs and civic projects of all types that benefit the youth of WALKING IN AUTHORITY and the surrounding communities.
WHAT IS REQUIRED OF THE MEMBERS UPON JOINING THE WALKING IN AUTHORITY TEEN COUNCIL?
Commitment to participating in programs and events that focuses on the following criteria: social/recreational, community awareness/ service, educational, leadership/ teamwork, and fund raising/ recruitment.
WHEN DOES THE WALKING IN AUTHORITY TEEN COUNCIL MEET AND WHERE?
WALKING IN AUTHORITY TEEN COUNCIL MEETINGS ARE THE 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month @ 6:30 p.m., Kiwanis Club of Forest Park (GA Power Bldg), 752 Main St., FPk, GA 30297.
