Though Walking in Authority's home is Metro Atlanta, we don't bind ourselves to this area as we understand there is knowledge to be learned everywhere and that diversity is a powerful force for good which is why our founder, Mrs. Sparkle K. Adams, generously takes a group of council members almost every year to many locations, including the nation's capital, Washington, D.C., to attend the National League of Cities Congressional Convention.
